Kimberly Ballard is a seasoned writer with over 35 years of professional experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project she undertakes. Her diverse career spans roles as a copywriter for radio, TV, advertising agencies, and corporate marketing departments. She has also crafted national news and business editorials for the automotive industry, as well as contributed to numerous regional media outlets, including the Huntsville Times, Huntsville Business Journal, Business Alabama, and Yellowhammer News/256 Today.
With two decades of specialized experience in press releases, ghostwriting, and website content creation, Kimberly’s versatility shines across various formats. However, her true passion lies in storytelling. She has recently transitioned from her career in news media to join Huntsville Independent Press, where she focuses on ghostwriting books and helping individuals tell their most meaningful stories.
Currently, Kimberly is working on two book commissions, using her skill set to guide people through the process of sharing their life stories. Whether they face time constraints, struggle with writing, or have learning challenges like dyslexia, Kimberly is committed to helping people articulate their journeys.
